1 cup Asparagus
0.5 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 slice Lemon
1 clove Garlic

1 tbsp Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and place the spears on one side of the baking sheet.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the baking sheet.
In a small ramekin, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle the herb oil over both the salmon and the asparagus, using a brush or clean hands to ensure the asparagus is evenly coated.
Place the lemon slices on top of the salmon fillet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
