1 cup Fresh Blueberries
2 tablespoons Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
If the consistency is too thick, add a teaspoon of water or unsweetened nut milk to thin it out slightly.
Begin assembly by spooning half of the protein-yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass or parfait jar.
Add a layer of half the fresh blueberries over the yogurt.
