PREPARATION
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced sweet potatoes and the water to the skillet, then cover with a lid to steam for 5 minutes until tender.
Remove the lid and add the ground turkey to the pan, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula until fully browned.
