Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small non-stick skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled, then set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and sea salt. Stir until a dough forms, then knead it gently on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes.
Roll the dough out into a circle approximately 10 inches in diameter.
Peel the mozzarella string cheese into halves lengthwise and place them around the perimeter of the dough, about half an inch from the edge.
Fold the outer edge of the dough over the cheese sticks and press firmly to seal the stuffed crust.
In a small bowl, whisk together the tomato puree, dried oregano, and garlic powder, then spread the sauce evenly over the center of the pizza dough.
Distribute the cooked ground turkey, turkey pepperoni, and Canadian bacon over the sauce.
Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the top of the meats.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese inside the crust is melted.
Let the pizza rest for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
