1.5 tbsp Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.75 cup Mixed Berries
2 tbsp Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Select a tall glass or mason jar for assembly.
Spoon half of the protein-infused yogurt into the bottom of the glass.
Add a layer using half of the mixed berries over the yogurt base.
