1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
15g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tsp Raw Honey
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel, slicing any larger strawberries into halves or quarters.
Select a tall glass or mason jar and place half of the protein-infused yogurt at the bottom.
Top the yogurt layer with half of the fresh mixed berries.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture as the next layer, followed by the rest of the berries.
