INGREDIENTS

15 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.75 cup Fresh Mixed Berries
1.5 tablespoons Shelled Hemp Hearts
1 teaspoon Raw Honey
PREPARATION
In a small bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder together until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy.
Wash and pat dry the mixed berries if using fresh ones, or slightly thaw if using frozen.
In a tall glass or parfait jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Sprinkle the shelled hemp hearts over the top and finish with a light drizzle of raw honey.
