0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
1.5 tablespoons Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and stir until completely smooth and incorporated.
In a glass or mason jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt mixture and the rest of the berries.
