Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into a compact loaf and place it in the prepared baking dish.
Wrap the center-cut bacon slices over the top and sides of the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free BBQ sauce over the bacon-wrapped loaf.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining tablespoon of BBQ sauce, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
