1 cup Mixed Berries
2 tablespoons Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the nonfat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy.
Wash and pat the mixed berries dry.
In a tall glass or mason jar, layer half of the vanilla yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt and top with the rest of the berries.
Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top for a satisfying crunch and serve immediately.
