100g Broccoli florets

PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Place the broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp and vibrant green.
While the broccoli steams, heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon in the skillet skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
Add the asparagus spears to the empty spaces in the skillet alongside the salmon.
