Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small oven-safe baking dish or large ramekin.
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and ground turkey, breaking it up with a spatula until browned and cooked through.
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until just wilted, then season with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the turkey and spinach mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out into an even layer.
Pour the liquid egg whites over the spinach mixture, then carefully crack the three whole eggs on top, keeping the yolks intact.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the eggs.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are completely set but the yolks remain slightly soft.
Remove from the oven and let cool for one minute before serving directly from the dish.
