PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large oven-safe skillet.
Pat the fresh chicken breast dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt, minced rosemary, and thyme.
Heat half of the olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
