15g Vanilla Whey Isolate
100g Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Sliced Almonds
1 tsp Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Whisk the Greek yogurt and vanilla whey protein in a small bowl until the texture is completely smooth.
Place half of the protein-enriched yogurt into the bottom of a serving glass or mason jar.
Top the yogurt layer with half of the fresh mixed berries.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Scatter the hemp hearts, sliced almonds, and chia seeds over the top for added texture.
