10 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
PREPARATION
Place the nonfat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl
Add the vanilla protein powder and whisk until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated
Layer half of the protein yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass or mason jar
Top the yogurt layer with half of the mixed berries
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture and the rest of the berries
Drizzle the almond butter over the top of the final layer
