PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat the olive oil in a small oven-safe skillet or ramekin over medium heat and sauté the fresh spinach until it is just wilted.
Spread the wilted spinach evenly across the bottom of the dish to create a base.
