PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small oven-safe baking dish.
Core and dice the apple into small, uniform pieces.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, and baking powder until well combined.
