PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish with avocado oil spray.
Cut the sprouted grain bread into one-inch cubes and spread them evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, liquid egg whites, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt.
