PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a small loaf pan or oven-safe container with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla protein powder and almond flour until no lumps remain.
Stir in the almond butter and egg white, mixing vigorously until a thick and cohesive dough forms.
Gently fold in the crushed grain-free cookies and mini dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Press the dough firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan, using a spatula to smooth the surface into an even layer.
