Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken breast.
Wrap the turkey bacon slices tightly around the chicken breast, tucking the ends underneath or securing them with toothpicks.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and place the spears on the baking sheet.
Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and toss to coat, then move them to one side of the pan to make room for the chicken.
Place the bacon-wrapped chicken on the other side of the baking sheet.
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the bacon is beginning to crisp.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving alongside the roasted asparagus.
