Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a long rope shape.
Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted ghee, minced garlic, and dried oregano.
Brush the garlic-ghee mixture generously over the top of each breadstick.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper evenly over the glazed sticks.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the breadsticks are golden brown and fragrant.
