While the chicken cooks, pop the popcorn kernels using an air-popping method into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the warm popcorn and toss well to coat.
Sprinkle the remaining garlic powder, oregano, and the grated parmesan cheese over the popcorn, tossing continuously for even distribution.
Add the crispy chicken bites to the popcorn bowl, toss one last time, and serve immediately.
