8g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
100g Mixed Berries
12g Slivered Almonds
4g Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and no clumps remain.
If using frozen berries, allow them to thaw slightly or use fresh berries by washing and patting them dry.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-enriched yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt and sprinkle with half of the chia seeds.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries and chia seeds.
Finish the parfait by topping it with the slivered almonds for a satisfying crunch.
