1.1 cups Asparagus Spears
1.5 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
Toss the asparagus spears with half of the olive oil and a pinch of sea salt on a baking sheet.
Roast the asparagus for 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Brush the salmon fillet with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
