1 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.5 cup Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon chopped Walnuts
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, vigorously whisk the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder together until the texture is completely smooth and aerated.
Layer half of the protein-infused yogurt into the bottom of a tall glass or mason jar.
Top the first yogurt layer with half of the mixed berries and all of the chia seeds.
Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture over the berry layer, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
