PREPARATION
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spelt pasta according to package directions until al dente.
During the last 3 minutes of pasta cooking, add the broccoli florets to the same pot to blanch them until tender-crisp.
Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving two tablespoons of the cooking water.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the diced turkey breast until cooked through and lightly golden.
Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
