Preheat oven to 375°F and line a small loaf pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, almond flour, diced onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Mix gently by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared pan.
Wrap the bacon slices over the top of the loaf, tucking the ends underneath.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the BBQ sauce over the bacon.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Brush the remaining tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the top during the last 5 minutes of cooking for a glossy finish.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
