Dip the chicken breast into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off, then press it firmly into the almond flour mixture until fully coated.
Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven, spoon the marinara sauce over the chicken, and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella.
Return to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with freshly chopped basil before serving.
