Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cauliflower florets and peeled garlic cloves in a steamer basket over boiling water; cover and steam for 10-12 minutes until very tender.
While the cauliflower steams, place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season with half of the sea salt, black pepper, parsley, and dill.
Roast the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Transfer the steamed cauliflower and garlic to a food processor or blender along with the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and the remaining salt and pepper.
Pulse until the mixture reaches a smooth, velvety consistency.
Spoon the cauliflower mash onto a plate, top with the roasted salmon, and garnish with the remaining fresh herbs.
