1.5 cups Cauliflower florets
1 cup Green Beans
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
PREPARATION
Steam the cauliflower florets and garlic cloves until very tender, about 10-12 minutes.
While cauliflower steams, trim the green beans and steam them in a separate basket for 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender.
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon skin-side up in the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes until a golden crust forms.
