1/2 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
1.5 tsp Honey
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until completely smooth and integrated.
Stir in the chia seeds and allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes to let the seeds begin to hydrate and thicken the yogurt.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt mixture and the rest of the berries.
