PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the mixture vigorously with a spoon or small whisk until the powder is fully incorporated and the texture is smooth.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture and then the rest of the berries.
