PREPARATION
Steam the shelled edamame for 4-5 minutes until tender, then drain.
In a small bowl, combine the steamed edamame, avocado, lime juice, and sea salt.
Mash the mixture with a fork until creamy but with some whole edamame remaining for texture.
Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the Beyond Steak tips and sear for 5-6 minutes until browned and slightly crisp.
