PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together half of the olive oil, the ground turmeric, grated fresh ginger, and minced garlic to create a paste.
Place the salmon fillet on one side of the baking sheet and coat the top evenly with the turmeric-ginger paste.
