INGREDIENTS
1.25 cups Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1.5 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp Almond Butter
0.5 cup Mixed Berries
1 tsp Hemp Seeds
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small bowl and stir in the vanilla protein powder until completely smooth.
Wash and pat dry the mixed berries.
In a glass or jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt and berries.
Drizzle the almond butter over the top and finish with a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
