200g Greek Yogurt (2% Low Fat)
20g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.5 cup Fresh Blueberries
2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
PREPARATION
Lightly toast the almond slivers in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
Place the Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
