Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub the potato and cut it into thin, even wedges.
In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with avocado oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While the fries cook, brown the ground turkey in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked and slightly browned.
In a separate pan or the oven, cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on a paper towel and crumble into small bits.
Once the fries are done, arrange them on a heat-safe plate or back in the air fryer basket, and top with the cooked turkey, shredded cheddar, and bacon crumbles.
Heat for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Garnish with a dollop of Greek yogurt and freshly sliced green onions before serving.
