INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Mixed Berries
1/4 cup Protein Granola
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tsp Honey
PREPARATION
Wash and pat dry the fresh mixed berries.
Spoon half of the non-fat Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
Layer half of the mixed berries and half of the protein granola over the yogurt.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt as the next layer.
Top with the rest of the berries and the remaining protein granola.
Sprinkle the hemp hearts over the top and finish with a light drizzle of honey.
