PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the texture is smooth.
In a glass or parfait jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
