4 oz Ground turkey

PREPARATION
Boil the chickpea pasta in salted water until tender, then drain and finely chop into small pieces.
Sauté the ground turkey in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and crumbled.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pasta, cooked turkey, Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow it to firm up for easier shaping.
Whisk the egg in a small shallow bowl and place the panko breadcrumbs in a separate shallow bowl.
