PREPARATION
Season the salmon fillet with a pinch of salt and black pepper
Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
Place the salmon skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crisp
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through, then set aside
In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds
Add the green beans and a splash of water, covering the pan for 3 minutes to steam
Remove the lid and sauté for 2 more minutes until the beans are tender-crisp
