PREPARATION
Season the chicken breast with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for approximately 6 minutes per side until fully cooked, then slice it into thin strips.
Brush the exterior side of each bread slice with the extra virgin olive oil.
On the non-oiled side of one slice, layer the grilled chicken strips, fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves.
