3 slice Sprouted grain bread
4 oz Roasted turkey breast
1 oz Sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp Grass-fed ghee
1 cup Fresh baby spinach
0.25 tsp Garlic powder
0.25 tsp Sea salt
PREPARATION
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt 0.5 tsp of the grass-fed ghee.
Place two slices of sprouted grain bread in the skillet and season them with garlic powder and sea salt.
Layer 0.5 oz of the sharp cheddar cheese, the roasted turkey breast, and the fresh baby spinach onto the first slice.
Add the remaining 0.5 tsp of ghee to the pan and place the third slice of bread in to toast until golden.
Top the turkey and spinach with the second slice of bread, then add the remaining 0.5 oz of cheese to the top of that slice.
Finish by placing the third toasted slice on top of the melted cheese and press down with a spatula until the sandwich is fused.
