PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Prepare the mixed berries by rinsing and patting them dry if fresh, or allowing them to slightly thaw if frozen.
In a serving glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture over the berries, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
