15 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
15 grams Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Whisk the Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl until the texture is completely smooth.
Place half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a parfait glass or mason jar.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds to add a nutty crunch.
