INGREDIENTS
200g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
12g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla whey protein isolate and stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
In a glass or small bowl, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt and berries.
Sprinkle the hemp hearts over the top just before serving.
