Seared Salmon with Garlic Green Beans and Brown Rice
Pan-seared salmon fillet served with garlic-sautéed green beans and fluffy brown rice, cooked until the skin is perfectly crisp.
INGREDIENTS
7 ounces Wild Atlantic Salmon Fillet
0.5 cup Cooked Brown Rice
1.5 cups Fresh Green Beans
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon skin-side down in the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is golden and crisp.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness is reached, then remove from pan.
In the same skillet, add the remaining oil, minced garlic, and green beans.
Sauté the green beans for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp and fragrant.
Serve the seared salmon alongside the garlic green beans and warm cooked brown rice.
