Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the turkey is browned and cooked through.
Toss in the cherry tomatoes, sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften and blister.
Use a spoon to create three small wells in the turkey and tomato mixture.
Carefully crack one egg into each well.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg whites are opaque but the yolks are still soft.
Remove from the oven and garnish with crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh parsley before serving.
