PREPARATION
Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
Lightly coat a small, air-fryer-safe baking dish or silicone mold with the avocado oil.
Place the diced red bell pepper and zucchini into the dish and air fry for 4 minutes to soften the vegetables.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the liquid egg whites, sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder until well combined.
