PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
Place half of the protein-infused yogurt into the bottom of a glass or parfait jar.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture over the berries and top with the rest of the mixed berries.
